Martins Grove Business Park provides high quality office accommodation, office space and business accommodation in Monmouth, Herefordshire.  The owners, Paul and Helen Smith, have been running their own business from Martins Grove for 35 years.  During that time a regular comment from their customers was how lucky they were to work in such a wonderful environment situated in Symonds Yat between Monmouth and Ross-on-Wye. 

When they sold the business in 2005 they decided that other customers and businesses might welcome the chance to work in this peaceful rural environment rather than a commercial business park.  So we began a program of improvements to the existing buildings and surrounding areas, the final phase of which will be complete towards the end of 2007.  The completed site will offer a varied selection of flexible office accommodation and office space, as well as light industrial and storage with unlimited parking. When it’s times to take a break there is a pleasant outside area in which to sit, unwind, take stock, have lunch, and meet clients.
